Following are few stats for the trip.We started at 4:30 in the morning B'lore to Hubli: 4 hours; 413 kms (top speed 145 km/hr) 4 lane road. 3 speed breakers(traffic signs are shown  around 200m before the speed breakers) after ChitraDurgaHubli to Karwar: 2.5 hrs 170 kms (top speed 120 km/hr) 2 lane road. Traffic is less with few heavy vechiles. Minor bad patches in very few places.Karwar to North Goa: 3.5 hrs 135 kms (top speed 85 km/hr) 2 lane road. Traffic is comparatively more. Some potholes are there.We took the same route while coming back. This time we started afternoon and reached b'lore at 4 in the morning. Approx.  110KM on tumkur road from Blr, you will see Kamat & CCD, you can take a stop for breakfast if you like because after that till Goa, you would not  find any decent Dhaba or Reastaurant.
